A. Humanity has learned that together we can accomplish far more than we ever could by ourselves. Therefore, we choose leaders to handle affairs that concern all of us. As such, there are many different ways to handle the process of representation and authority. When people are satisfied, in general, governmental powers continue. When people become upset, things will change.
