Its within the first two blocks so you don't have to deal with most of Bourbon if you wish not too, its free admission and they let guys under 21 in. Q. I live in CA - I want to buy rental properties w. cash somewhere west of the Mississippi. There are many places that have homes for less than $20,000. Problem is, by not living there or even knowing of the region, I don't know about the neighborhoods safety, economy, etc... Here's the Q: What community or metro area can I find 10-20 homes under 20,000 that are in safe neighborhoods. The area should have a reasonable vacancy rate. There needs to be an airport and good people. The ideal place will have average rents at $450+.
